Anne-Catherine Husson-Traore, Chief Executive
As a founding member of Novethic in 2001, Anne-Catherine Husson-Traore led the development of novethic.fr.
Since 2006, she has been promoted Chief Executive of Novethic.
As an expert on socially responsible investment, she is a frequent speaker at events on sustainable finance and she is the Founding editor and publisher of L'Essentiel de L'ISR, a quarterly professional publication for the French-speaking financial community.
Prior to Novethic, Anne-Catherine Husson-Traore worked for the French television channel M6 (1987-2000). At M6, she was Editor-in-Chief and Director of a regional office, before being appointed Editor of the M6.fr site. Before joining M6, Anne-Catherine Husson–Traore held a variety of positions in print and radio.
Anne-Catherine Husson–Traore has a degree in Journalism from the Centre de Formation des Journalistes and a Master's degree in Public Law.

Jean-Pierre Sicard, Chairman
In 2001, Jean-Pierre Sicard founded Novethic for which he is currently Chairman.
Doctor in Economics, Jean Pierre played an active role in the development of the Principles for Responsible Investment, under the auspices of the United Nations (UN).
Previously, he held a number of positions in the CDC corporate secretarial office, including Sustainable Development Director at Caisse des Dépôts from April 2004 to March 2009, and from that time, he is Deputy CEO of “CDC Climat”, part of Caisse des dépôts, dedicated to combat climate change.

Véronique Smée, Editor-in-Chef
A journalist at Novethic since 2001, Véronique Smée is currently Editor-in-Chief of the novethic.fr website and Repères RSE (The Corporate Social Responsibility Newsletter), a quarterly publication for sustainable development's professionals.
A graduate in Political Science, she worked for several years for the French Senate as a parliamentary assistant and specialist in social issues. During this time, she gained experience in the field of print journalism by working for various publications, before being appointed editor-in-chief of a business publication. A specialist in the area of sustainable development, her subjects of expertise are global warming and climate change, GMOs, NGO campaigns, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Béatrice Héraud, Journalist
Béatrice Héraud joined Novethic as a journalist in April 2009. She covers sustainable development topics that are published on novethic.fr.
Béatrice Héraud holds a post-graduate degree from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) of Rennes and from the Centre de Formation des Journalistes (CFJ), from which she graduated in 2004.
Previously, she worked for Marketing Magazine, Bakchich Info, 18h.com, l'Expansion and BFM Radio.

Dominique Blanc, Head of SRI Research
Since 2008, Dominique Blanc has run Novethic's SRI research studies. In this capacity, he analyses the SRI market from a quantitative perspective (funds, mandates, assets under management, etc.) as well as from a qualitative one. As an expert on socially responsible investment, he is a frequent speaker at events. Co-founder of EthiFinance in 2004, he was an SRI analyst until 2008. At EthiFinance, he was in charge of methodological developments (rating benchmarks, databases) pertaining to the analysis of businesses. He also spearheaded developments in the area of governance. Dominique Blanc holds a Master's of Science in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) in Paris.

Aela Cozic, SRI Analyst
Since 2010, Aela Cozic has contributed to Novethic's SRI research studies, which involve a quantitative survey of the SRI market, an assessment of asset managers' SRI processes and transparency, as well as in-depth studies of various issues such as ESG integration or extra financial rating of governments, etc... Prior to that, she worked in a consulting company, and in investment banking. Aela Cozic graduated from Toulouse Business School and from ESEC Barcelona. She wrote her Master's thesis on the subject of SRI funds' diversification.

Aurélie de Barochez, SRI Analyst
Aurélie de Barochez joined the research team in 2012 to work on a variety of research projects, especially the SRI Label. Prior to joining Novethic, Aurélie worked as an SRI analyst at different investment management firms (Agicam and Generali Investments). Having focused her studies on law, Aurélie holds a Master's degree in international law and a Master's degree in management with an emphasis on finance.

Emmanuel Rochette, Head of Market Watch
As a member of Novethic's team since its foundation in 2001, Emmanuel Rochette manages the unit in charge of gathering information on Responsible Finance and shareholder activism. Recruited as a journalist, and a graduate in Political Science, Emmanuel Rochette previously worked as an economic and financial journalist for several major web portals. He also worked in the communications department of a large industrial group and for various agencies specialized in corporate communications.

Yona Kamelgarn, Sustainable Real Estate Researcher
Yona Kamelgarn has joined the SRI Research Team since 2012. She monitors the sustainable property market, which involves a study on the reporting of the eco-efficiency performance in the property sector, surveys on the sustainable practices of the real estate funds and green value. Engineer graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, she is specialized in Sustainable Building Technologies. She also holds a master degree in Economics applied to sustainable development from EHESS School of Social Sciences

Célia Juère, Head of Communications
Since 2008, Célia Juère has been responsible for communication. In this role, she defines the organisation's communication strategy, manages media relations, organises events, and creates communication material. Before joining Novethic, she worked for a consulting company where she was involved in both internal and external communications. Célia Juère has a Master's degree in Corporate and Institutional Communications.

Jean-Philippe Marsan, Head of Partnerships
In 2012, Jean-Philippe Marsan joined Novethic to work on forging and managing partnerships that cover our publications and events. He is the Novethic contact for our CSR and SRI partners in both France and abroad. Following an undergraduate degree in Information and Communication and initial professional experience in advertising, Jean-Philippe co-founded Nouveau Pôle, a community-focused communications agency. In 2008, his interest in corporate responsibility drove him to design an SRI analysis tool in partnership with ARKEON Finance, where he also advised investors with the publication of a number of extra-financial analysis reports. In 2010, Jean-Philippe joined Financière de Champlain, an investment management firm specialising in sustainable development, where he provided investment guidance for asset managers.

Pascale Chapron, Director of Administration
Pascale Chapron started at Novethic in 2001 as an Executive Assistant. She was appointed Head of Administration in late 2004, and in early 2010, Director of administration. She is responsible for staffing, budget tracking, management control and legal matters. Pascale Chapron has a degree in Secretarial and Business Stenography and in Business English. Before joining Novethic, she worked as an Executive Assistant for the Head of Regional Directors at Caisse des Dépôts and for the French Environment and Energy Management Agency. She also worked in the human resources department for France Telecom, where she was responsible for producing and moderating a forum and served as project manager for the rollout of the online employee magazine.

Sabrina Joulia, Executive Assistant
Sabrina Joulia joined Novethic in 2012 and covers the range of assistance duties required by our activities. Prior to this position, Sabrina worked at the Product Marketing Department of Françoise Saget where she held the positions of executive marketing assistant then product assistant. After obtaining her Executive Assistant certificate as part of a trainee programme at France Télécom, Sabrina worked with an import/export company then a property management group.

Hassen Ahlamine, Head of IT
Hassen Ahlamine is Head of IT since 2001. In this role, he manages our web development activities and projects with IT dimensions. As an expert in Java language and n-Tiers environment, Hassen Ahlamine specialises in web application platforms. Moreover, he participates in maintaining the website's visibility by search engines around themes such as sustainable development, socially responsible investment and corporate social responsibility. He was also in charge of technical and ergonomic recast of the website and tools used by the team Novethic.
