The speculation in agricultural commodities

The agricultural commodities markets are in the spotlight, being accused of driving up the prices of wheat, rice and cacao, which fluctuate due to differences in supply and demand. The financial products associated with them can lead to reputational risk for financial institutions. Some have purely and simply eliminated these types of investments. The two speakers explained how these markets can be used reasonably and only to limit the risks caused by these volatile commodities.
